Muscle Growth – Now if you’re a gym junkie this one may catch your eye. We all know the basic goal of working out is to lose the excess fat in our body, right? Oral Health – Who wants to keep their pearly whites for a few more years aye? I know most of us to do. Well, carrot juice can make your gums healthy and enhance oral health overall.
Infections – Our body is exposed to millions of germs and infections no matter where we are in the WORLD. Carrot juice can help with that and prevents infections internally as well as externally due to its antiviral and disinfectant properties.
Clearing the Liver– Ever been on that night out and regret it the next morning? That’s your liver recovering from all the alcohol you induced a few hours ago, when you roll over in the morning instead of having some other juice have some carrot juice. May not be your personal favorite but carrot juice cleanses and detoxifies our livers! It’s like it was made for alcohol
Calcium and Protein – Who enjoys eating spinach to “get strong bones like Popeye” I don’t even like spinach full stop so I found a different solution to get those strong bones. Carrot juice! This is high in vitamin K which is essential for the protein-building process in the body. It also helps in the binding of calcium.
Prevents Different Types of Cancer – This is yet another good reason to start drinking carrot juice, it can prevent cancer! The increased intake of something called carotenoids in carrot juice has been said to help prevent cancer in the bladder, prostate, colon, and breast cancers. This juice is a savior.
External Cuts – Ouch, falling off the kid’s skateboard hurt quite a bit and now I got a nasty scab on my knee. Want it to go away quicker? Have some carrot juice then? Vitamin C which is present in high amounts of carrot juice can help wounds heal quicker.
Prevents Blood Clots – As mentioned before carrot juice is high in Vitamin K, which also helps in clotting of the blood. This prevents loss of blood and hastens the healing process as well.
Prevents Hard Diseases and Improves Immunity – Did you know, carrot juice can help with heart diseases? AND improves immunity! Carrots are rich in vitamin A which is effective in warding off those nasty germs. Vitamin A also helps with keeping the lining of our internal organs intact and healthy to prevent it from being infected by pathogenic organisms.
Cleanses Our Body – The final benefit of this list is that carrot juice cleanses our body of all toxins which helps with weight loss. Fresh carrot juice cleanses our digestive system of toxins and indigestible materials. This prevents us from illnesses such as obesity, gout, and arthritis.
